Dear Young people of Fu-Li RATA:
 
I have had the great pleasure of enjoying your performances on two occasions in 2008 and would like to take this opportunity of expressing my admiration for all that you achieve. Your courage in facing adversity is the most wonderful example to us all. It is so easy to sit back and wallow in self-pity when faced with difficulties, you have reminded me that determination, the support of friends and a joy for all that life can offer is not only the way forward but that this can also be contagious. I often think of your radiant faces and joyful movements that communicate warmth and happiness to the audience. Indeed we all go away refreshed and determined to live our own lives with renewed resolve to face difficulties with a smile and a desire to spread joy around us.

很榮幸於2008年，有兩次機會欣賞您們精湛的演出，謹藉此機會申向貴團所有成員表達最由衷的讚賞之意。對我們而言，您們面對自己身體缺陷所展現出來的勇氣，就是一個激勵人心的最佳例證。一般人在面對困難時，常常容易裹足不前或陷於自憐；反之您們卻教導我：要有毅力。朋友的支持和生命的喜悅，可以推動人勇往直前，這份力量是可以影響周邊其他的人。我經常想起每位當時容光煥發的面孔，以及傳遞給觀眾的溫暖和快樂愉悅的演出。離場後，我們的精神更為提振，決心重新調整自己生活的方式，改用微笑面對及解決困難，並盡力散播喜樂給我們周遭所有的人。
